MY PERSONAL TESTIMONY

After 2 1/2 weeks of drinking this coffee, I noticed that my high blood pressure readings were much lower than before [they shot up sky-high after an auto accident, even after I was placed on prescription medication to lower it] . I kept drinking at least one cup a day not only because of the additional health benefits but because of the exquisite taste. I not only have noticed my lowered blood pressure, but also: less headaches & migraines. Over time I noticed my nails and hair looked healthier.  My complexion  looks better.  I am a calmer, happier person.  Despite my physical injuries, I am able to manage my pain better, and I have more flexibility now. I firmly believe that if it weren't for my daily consumption of this product, I'd have to rely more heavily on prescription pain medications, and I'd probably not be able to 'get around' as much.  Shortly after drinking my first few cups, I noticed that I wasn’t experiencing any of the ‘usual’ problems I had encountered many times before with 'regular' coffee: nausea, burning stomach, caffeine jitters & crashes. Some of the allergens that affected me horribly are now non-existent.  I also no longer have morning sugar cravings [I recall craving a donut, pastry or sweet of some sort, for over 20 years, every day, to accompany my regular coffee!].  In my humble opinion, there is no better-tasting coffee on the Planet. For me, it is easy to share this brand of coffee simply because of the taste.  But I also believe it is a keeper because of the value and benefits it can bring into a person's life.
